About Mappitt

Mappitt is a travel itinerary builder for the way trips actually come together — a few things you’re sure of, a lot of maybes, and a shape that keeps shifting right up until you leave.

A plan that bends

Most planning tools expect a tidy schedule: every item pinned to a day and a time, lined up in a row. Real trips rarely begin that way. You book a flight and a hotel, you save a restaurant a friend mentioned, you know you want a slow morning somewhere — and none of it is in order yet.

Mappitt is built for that messy middle. Any event can carry a fixed day and time, or float free until you’re ready to place it. Drag things between days. Reorder a morning in seconds. The plan firms up as you do, instead of demanding to be finished before you’ve started.

What you can do

  • Build itineraries from flights, lodging, transport, meals, and activities.
  • Schedule events precisely, or leave them unscheduled until plans settle.
  • Drag to reorder events within a day, or move them across days.
  • Plot a day’s stops on a map and see how the route flows.
  • Plan alongside an AI companion that can search for places and edit the itinerary with you.
  • Print a clean copy, or email the trip with a calendar file attached.

Made with care

Mappitt has an editorial feel — a serif headline, generous space, hairline rules, a single warm accent — because a trip is something to look forward to, and the tool should feel that way too. It works in light and dark, and on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Early access

Mappitt is in early access. Creating an account currently needs an invite code, which lets us grow deliberately and keep the experience solid for everyone already on board. More invites are on the way.
